The following hunting policies are intended to insure the safety of the hunters, Sykes Places Plantation Staff, and hunting dogs.

• All hunters are required to view a hunters safety video prior to the hunt.
• Absolutely NO consumption of alcohol prior to or during a shooting activity.
• All hunters are under the control of your guide. It is understood that if a hunter commits acts considered to be unsafe, the guide may cancel the hunt.
• Any hunter who accidentally shoots a Sykes Place Plantation dog agrees to pay Sykes Place Plantation $1,000.00 whether or not the wound is fatal.
• All guest must sign a disclaimer form releasing and holding harmless Sykes Place Plantation and it's personnel from any liability that may occur due to accidents and hold them harmless for any and all acts, whether or not negligence is involved.
• All hunters are required to wear blaze orange to increase hunter visibility.
